Cost of shipping?

  • Economy shipping - allow 4-8 business days.
  • Free shipping orders are usually shipped ground done via UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL
  • Some free shipping options may not offer live tracking, but will have an expected delivery window.
  • Delivery changes and tracers are not available with Free Shipping.

When will my order shipped?

Orders can be processed very quickly, but please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

  • (Free and Economy shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can take up to 30 days.)

All orders are subject to inventory availability and order verification which can delay shipment. Please make sure to provide accurate billing and contact information to facilitate the order verification process.

If we are unable to ship your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as we are aware!

How long does it take to get delivered?

  • Free/Economy: 4-8 business days
  • Standard: 3 business days or less
  • Express: 2-3 business days

Can i cancel / change my order?

no, not really. Our shipping team are fast that they often have orders shipped in minutes. If you need to make a change to your order (address, size, item, etc) or want to cancel it please let us know immediately and we will do our best to catch it before it goes out, but we can never guarantee the ability to make a change.
